From Industry Professional to Talent Strategist
Before joining the firm, Eric spent years supporting financial advisors from behind the scenes. He advised on annuity and insurance product selection, reviewed existing contracts, conducted book-of-business evaluations, and helped build illustrations tailored to client goals. Later, he managed a multi-state sales territory in the Midwest, partnering directly with advisors to deliver customized retirement income solutions.
This hands-on experience in the advisor space gives Eric a deep appreciation for the profession—and a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in it.
Motivated by Purpose
Eric is passionate about the impact Financial Advisors have on the lives of their clients. “I believe wholeheartedly in this profession,” he says. “I’m excited to help bring talented individuals into the business so we can expand the positive impact Thoroughbred Advisors is making.”
His goal is to connect promising candidates—whether they’re recent grads, career changers, or seasoned professionals—with a career that offers growth, purpose, and the chance to make a difference.

Outside of work, Eric lives life to the fullest. He enjoys cycling and skiing, cheering on his favorite New York teams (Yankees, Rangers, Giants), traveling, reading, and catching concerts or comedy shows. A true enthusiast for good food and great company, he’s also always up for discovering the next best restaurant.
