Recognizing that everyone encounters challenges along the way, we strive to anticipate and address those situations as they occur. We want to keep you on track toward a meaningful and purpose-driven financial future. That is why we have a thorough process that we follow when meeting with our clients.

Many of our clients have a lifetime of products, plans and professionals they have accumulated over the years. Many of these products, plans, and professionals are adequate but rarely have they been vetted within the context of a comprehensive plan.

Our planning process coordinates all aspects of your financial world and helps ensure that your products, plans, and professionals are working toward your common interest. It is our job to implement this process and deliver the appropriate context so that you can be free to live the life you have imagined.

The Steps in Our Process

Step 1: Introduce

This conversation can be a brief phone/virtual conference or a face to face meeting in one of our offices. Within 20 minutes of speaking with us, you will experience what sets our firm apart and how we might help. There is no cost for this meeting and confidential information will only be discussed if you are captivated with what you hear and choose to move forward in our Financial Planning Process. We give away our strategies immediately because we have found that potential clients want to quickly know why they should invest any of their valuable time with us. We will not disappoint!

Step 2: Discover

By this meeting you have a clear picture of who we are, how we work, what we will deliver, and what will be expected of you. This is a deeper meeting designed to learn about what you value, where you currently are, and where you want to be. Financial documents (i.e. Investment statements, wills etc.) will be gathered at this time or assigned as a follow up item. This meeting will give us a clear picture of your family and provide us the information necessary to complete and provide you with your Financial Plan.

Step 3: Develop

An Advisor will assess your risk exposure, and likely future track based on your current situation. If you do not have a clear picture of where you are headed…how will you know if you are on track? Our planning will not only show you where you are currently headed but also the steps you must take to get on track and stay on track!

Step 4: Deliver

This is the fun part for you and for us. We will deliver your Financial Plan to you in one of our offices or a more convenient location. We will leave nothing to the imagination. Our strategies will be so clear that you could literally take our work and implement it with another professional who is licensed to do what we do. In our experience, our clients are so impressed with our work and our process that they wouldn’t think of having another professional implement the plan. This however will be your choice.

Step 5: Implement

This part of the process often involves other professionals such as your accountant and attorney in addition to incorporation of new financial tools and strategies. As part of this implementation process we introduce our cutting edge aggregation software which allows our clients to have their own personal website with daily updates of their financial picture incorporating everything from employer sponsored retirement plans to liabilities such as your mortgage and many things in between. Step 6: Review

We meet with our clients at predetermined, regular intervals and on an as needed basis. We customize this to the individual needs and desires of the client. In addition to these pre scheduled meetings, additional meetings will periodically be scheduled as external conditions require. We are proactive in outreach to our clients to make sure they remain on track and are kept abreast of any external changes that might impact their financial future.

Step 7: Experience

In our experience clients prefer a successful financial planner over an unsuccessful financial planner. They also prefer that we spend our time looking after their finances as opposed to spending time marketing. Study after study shows that people want to meet their financial planner through a trusted friend, coworker or family member. Our prosperity is your prosperity; don’t keep us a secret!
