Financial Representatives to Financial Advisors

At Thoroughbred Advisors our team consists of both Financial Representatives and Financial Advisors. The main difference between the two is additional licensing which allows the Financial Advisor to have access to more tools, including investments. When individuals who are new to our industry join our team, they first become Financial Representatives, then work towards attaining the licenses and certifications of becoming a Financial Advisor.

Thoroughbred Advisors’ Financial Representatives and Financial Advisors cultivate and strengthen relationships with individuals, including; professionals, state/municipal employees, newlyweds, families, military and first responders, business owners, retirees and many more. We offer comprehensive financial planning and/or focus on specific areas of need including: Advisory Services, Retirement Analysis, Insurance, Estate Strategies, Employee Benefits and Business Continuity Strategies. It is important to us that our clients experience our specific, holistic method for gauging and developing the financial wellness plans for their individual circumstances. Our team delivers high quality planning to our clients by utilizing a comprehensive planning process.

  • Full Time Representatives have access to W-2 statutory employment, including; employer paid retirement plan, health, vision and dental benefits, as well as highly competitive pay out percentages.
  • Competitive transition money and Deferred Compensation Plans for experienced Financial Representatives and Financial Advisors who meet specified production requirements.
  • Training and development stipend of up to $12,000 for newer Financial Representatives or Financial Advisors who have yet to produce a certain level of production.
