Before entering the financial services industry, Noah served six years in the United States Marine Corps. During his service, he led high-stakes combat engineering teams, trained more than 500 Marine officers, and managed over $1 million in equipment with perfect accountability. After transitioning from the military, he founded and grew two businesses, Leatherneck Landscaping and Grit and Gainz personal training, further sharpening his leadership, discipline, and client-first mindset.
